Booking appointments

Appointments booked online are requests until we confirm them. We'll confirm by email or text. If a time is no longer available we'll contact you to reschedule. To cancel or change an appointment, call us at (717) 636-6191.

Text message (SMS) terms

By checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from Kerim's Auto Service at the mobile number you provide. These are transactional messages about your appointment — we do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency: approximately 2 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP or call us at (717) 636-6191.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is used only to service your appointment. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Estimates and repairs

Any prices discussed before we inspect your vehicle are estimates only. Final pricing is provided after inspection and approved by you before work begins.
