When you book an appointment we collect the information you enter on the booking form: your name, mobile phone number, and vehicle details, along with the service and appointment time you select. If you call us, our phone system may record the call and store a transcript so we can follow up accurately.
We use your information only to schedule and service your appointment — to confirm your booking, send appointment reminders, contact you about your vehicle, and keep a service record. We do not use it for advertising.
If you check the consent box when booking, we send appointment confirmation and reminder text messages to the mobile number you provide — roughly two messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our booking and messaging systems (for example our scheduling database, email provider, and SMS carrier), and only so they can deliver those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep appointment and service records for as long as needed to service your vehicle and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
